Prior to losing our first baby, we went on a tour in Israel last Feb 2019 where we also had our 1st wedding anniversary celebration / honeymoon. ๐
We believed that Baby Judah was made and an answered prayer from God in Israel. ๐
By faith
We were newly weds when the Israel Young Pros Tour was announced in our previous church.
We actually didn’t have the funds as we just got married but we both had the desire to join the tour as the needed amount was lower than the regular Israel Tour.
So we lift this up in prayer and registered to reserve our slots despite that what we only had was just enough for the down payment.
Truly an act of faith on our side but we still had some time to save up and to keep on praying.
Layoff
Then an uncertainty happened to my work that the company I was with decided to let go of our team here in the Philippines.
What a very untimely event when we were laser focused in our prayer for financial provision for the tour.
We then do not know where and how to source our funds for the tour. It suddenly didn’t make sense to pursue with the tour anymore.
Suddenly
Little did I know that we would get a separation pay from the company the laid us off.
And what amazes us was a portion of it can already cover for our full payment of the tour.
What a blessing indeed!
What we thought as misfortune suddenly became a way for us.
Truly God’s thoughts are different from our thoughts. And His ways are different from our ways.
All glory belongs to Him! โ๐ป

And little did we know that this uncertainty in my career would lead us into another journey here in Davao City.
